So easy to work with, which during an incredibly difficult life event is a blessing. Rene was extremely responsive and helpful. The team did a fantastic job on my mother’s house and treated everything with dignity and respect. They even made her bed, which brought me to tears. Great company, highly recommend.

"I can't say enough good things about this company! During my search for a mold inspector, I was given the name and phone number for Rene Flohr. My call was answered within minutes. Rene came to my home in Ocean Beach from Poway at 6:00 AM to assess the situation. He did not find any mold, just a little bit mildew in the shower drain and seam. He gave me instruction of how to clean the mildew. When I called Rene, I mentioned that I was under extreme time-pressure to have the job done. Hence his amazing effort to meet me at 6:00 am. "Very thorough and respectful of belongings in home.The trailer I had was an absolute disaster, I had no idea how things got away from me so bad. I had two technicians come and help me clean out the trailer, I couldn't believe how many bags they pulled out! Some mice had made their way into the trailer as well but they worked on it regardless! After spraying a fog throughout the trailer and disinfecting it, it almost felt like I was getting a new trailer entirely! When they showed the before and after pictures to me it was night and day! Anytime the team was unsure of whether or not something needed to be rid of, they always asked instead of just getting rid of it. Incredibly non judgmental and incredibly kind team! Went above and beyond, and didn’t leave until the job was finished."

Taylor was incredible! Showed up alone handled the job. Which wasn’t easy. The Rv I needed cleaned is old and was infested with all kinds of nests and feces. Taylor arrived early and spent a good portion of the day diligently and meticulously working to get the Rv ready so I can paint etc and create a space suitable for my puppy Matilda.
